Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE In case of cancellation or no-show, ALL NO CALL NO SHOWS WILL BE BANNED FROM BOOKING PERMANENTLY!! Also ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE 24-48 HOURS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT. All NO CALL NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED 40% OF THE SERVICE (payment will be pulled from card on file) If you try to cancel the day of appointment you will be considered a no call no show!!! If you are going to be late pls let me know at least 24hrs in advance if you don’t you will have a grace period of 10 minutes after that it will be a $15late fee after 15 minutes your appointment will result in a $20 late fee and anything after that your appointment will be CANCELED !!!!!!!! All NO CALL NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED 40% OF THE SERVICE (payment will be pulled from card on file) However, if you reschedule your appointment, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking.
