You will NOT be able to cancel or reschedule any appointments within the 24 hour window of the appointment. If you need to CANCEL or RESCHEDULE in the 24 hour timeframe you will be CHARGED for the appointment at full price. NO-SHOWS will be CHARGED FULL PRICE.
