To protect our business any late cancellations (within 24 hours) or no shows will be charged at full price.  Lateness is also chargeable, we will try to carry out treatments booked however if this is not possible full appointment cost will still be required.  

Please ensure the confirmation text has been checked as this is what will be charged on the day. 

Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time.  This gives us time to fill the appointment space.
