Politica e Termini

We require a booking fee of £20 for each booking made with us. This is non refundable but transferable to a different date as long as we have been given at least 48 hours' notice. If we have been given less than 48 hours' notice, we will not refund the booking fee. Missed Appointments - Whilst we understand that sometimes appointments have to be cancelled or rescheduled due to an emergency, we ask that you give us at least 48 hours' notice, where possible. On the occasion that you have missed your appointment, we have also been let down by an empty appointment slot, and as a small business, this has a negative impact on us financially. We will charge a fee of 50% of the usual appointment cost minus your booking fee for appointments missed or cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, which will be payable prior to any future booking. Arriving 15 minutes or more late for appointments will, in most cases, require re-scheduling, and the missed appointment fee will apply.

Flea bath

A sometimes necessary addition to our grooming packages! A natural non scented Flea bath. Soaks into the dogs coat for 5-10 minutes and will break down the exo-skeleton of any fleas and their eggs. This is then followed by the dogs usual groom. This does not replace your usual flea treatments but will clear/minimise a live infestation.
