Booking Policy Appointments are requests only until they have been confirmed by me. Please allow up to 24 hours for your appointment request to be reviewed and accepted. Hair Preparation 💕 For all braid styles, your hair must be clean, washed, and fully blow-dried before your appointment to avoid additional fees. A wash service is available as an add-on during booking if needed. Hair Length 😊 Your hair should be at least 4 inches long all around. If you are unsure if your hair is long enough . Please text me before booking so we can schedule a consultation. Payment Methods 💰 Cash is preferred. I also accept: Card Tap to Pay Zelle Navy Federal transfers Please note: I do not accept Cash App. Hair Included ✨ Hair is included with all Knotless Braids and Feed-In Braids. If you have colored hair or need a specific braid hair color, please text me in advance so I can have the correct color ready.( I will assume your doing black ) Boho hair is now included! Guests Please refrain from bringing additional guests to your appointment, as I am now working in a smaller studio. Thank you for understanding! Deposits & Rescheduling 💕 All deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or no-show. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment using the booking link. Your deposit will automatically transfer to your new appointment. Last-minute cancellations or rescheduling may result in an additional fee. Your deposit will be applied toward your remaining balance. Late Policy ⏰ There is a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, a $10 late fee will apply. I cannot guarantee I will still be able to accommodate your appointment if you arrive late. Please arrive on time! VIP & After-Hours Appointments ✨ Sundays are VIP appointment days and require an additional $20 fee. ✨ Appointments scheduled after 6:00 PM are considered after-hours and require an additional $20 add-on, which must be selected during booking.
