“ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! I had to re-arrange my appointment which was dealt with, no issues at all, speedy communication and rebooking. When I dropped my car off it was an absolute mess!! Dog hair, mud, sand, spilled drinks and the usual traffic grime and dirt on the outside, the headlights were not in the best condition either. On pick up it literally looks like a new car! I cannot thank JB Precision Detailing enough for how my car has turned out. I will 100% be booking again!”

JB Precision Detailling – Terms & Conditions Effective Date: 1st September 2025 By booking any service with JB Precision Detailling, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. 1. Pricing & Services All prices are based on vehicle size and condition. Heavily soiled vehicles (excess mud, pet hair, stains, mould, biohazards, etc.) may be subject to additional charges. Paint correction and machine polishing services are priced according to the condition of the paintwork following inspection. Final pricing will always be discussed before work proceeds. JB Precision Detailling reserves the right to adjust pricing if the vehicle condition differs significantly from what was described at the time of booking. 2. Bookings & Deposits Bookings are confirmed once scheduled via our booking system or directly agreed. A deposit may be required for larger services (e.g., paint correction, premium details). Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the booking time. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee. Repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings. 4. Vehicle Condition & Personal Belongings Customers must remove all personal belongings prior to the appointment. JB Precision Detailing is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle. Child seats should be removed before interior services unless agreed otherwise. Vehicles in heavily soiled condition, or with excessive pet hair, staining, mould, or similar issues may require additional charges depending on severity. 5. Access & Utilities (Mobile Services) Safe and adequate access to the vehicle must be provided. If access is restricted or unsafe, the service may be cancelled. Customers must provide access to electric and water at the service location, however we can bring own electric and water in some cases, clear working space is essential. 6. Service Limitations While we aim for perfection in every detail: Some stains, scratches, and defects may be permanent and cannot be fully removed. Paint correction reduces defects but may not eliminate 100% of imperfections. Heavily worn, previously repaired, or thin paint may limit correction levels. Honest expectations will always be discussed before starting work. 7. Weather Policy As a mobile detailing service: Services may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions (heavy rain, high winds, freezing temperatures). If weather prevents safe or high-quality completion, we will rearrange at the earliest convenience. 8. Liability Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Pre-existing damage will be noted where visible prior to work commencing. We are not responsible for mechanical or electrical faults that occur during or after the service unless proven directly caused by negligence. 9. Payment Terms Payment is due immediately upon completion unless agreed otherwise. We accept payment methods – cash, bank transfer. Late payments may incur additional fees. 10. Maintenance Detail Service The Maintenance Detail is only available to returning customers. It must be booked within 4–6 weeks of a Full or Premium Detail. Vehicles outside this timeframe or in unsuitable condition may require a higher-tier service instead. 11. Loyalty & Promotions Loyalty discounts apply only under the conditions stated at the time of offer. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. 12. Customer Satisfaction Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours so we can resolve the issue promptly. 13.
