1) Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. 2) To ensure that all our scheduled patients for the day are given ample time for their treatments, delayed arrivals only have a 15-MINUTE grace period/waiting time. We encourage you to come on time to avoid rescheduling & cancellation of appointment. 3) Appointments for Tooth Extraction and other Surgical cases will be scheduled in the morning. 4) Last appointment slot for the day is 4:30PM (cut-off time)
