Late Cancellation/No Show Policy 24 hour cancellation notice required A charge equal to 50% of the reserved service will apply to no shows or late cancellations with less than 24 hour notice. This fee covers part of your missed appointment but will not be deducted off your future appointment, and will have to be paid prior to rescheduling. If there is more than one no show/late cancellation, the service being booked will have to be paid in full at the time of scheduling (non-refundable) to hold the appointment.
