Please inspect your nails before leaving. • Nail repairs are complimentary within 2 days if caused by a service issue. • Be respectful — Handmade is a positive, professional space. Any form of harassment or disrespect will result in immediate service refusal and client removal. |TERMS OF AGREEMENT| 1. Service Refusal / Health & Hygiene: Handmade reserves the right to refuse service to anyone being unlawful, disrespectful and/or hostile. We also have the right to refuse services to anyone showing signs of nail fungus, open wounds, or unsanitary conditions for the safety of all clients and staff. If a client shows up with negative intentions or a health condition that prevents service, the deposit will be forfeited and you will be asked to leave. 2. Allergies & Reactions: Clients must disclose any known allergies or sensitivities prior to service. Handmade is not responsible for allergic reactions to products used during or after the appointment. 3. Media Consent: Photos and videos may be taken of your nails for social media and promotional purposes. 4. Charge-backs & Payments: By booking, clients acknowledge that all payments are final. Any attempt to dispute or reverse charges after receiving services will be considered fraud and will result in a ban from future appointments. 5. Service Adjustments: If you are unsatisfied, please communicate during/before leaving your appointment so adjustments can be made. Once you leave the salon, all services are considered final. 6. Safety Disclaimer: Handmade uses professional-grade, sanitized tools and follows all Ohio state sanitation guidelines. Clients agree to "Hold Handmade and its technicians Harmless" for any injury or reaction -not- caused by negligence.
