Please note the following grace periods: * Services under 20 minutes: Appointments cannot be started if you arrive more than 2 minutes late. * 20–25 minute services: Appointments cannot be started if you arrive more than 5 minutes late. * 30-minute services or longer: Appointments cannot be started if you arrive more than 10 minutes late. If you arrive beyond the allowed grace period, your appointment will need to be canceled or rescheduled. This policy helps me remain on schedule and ensures that every client receives the full service time they booked.
