By booking an appointment at HAIR BOOLE, you agree to the following terms: No children or extra people allowed. A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations, rescheduling requests, or no-shows made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service to the card on file. All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of when the cancellation occurs. Clients who arrive 15 minutes or more after their scheduled appointment time will be considered a missed appointment. The appointment will be canceled, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new appointment must be scheduled for another day. Once a service has been completed, no refunds will be issued. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods may vary. Applicable platform fees may apply. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment. The business’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided to the extent permitted by applicable law, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Personal and booking information is collected solely to provide the service and is not shared with third parties except as required to process payments or by law.
