💜Graceful Gifts Policies & Terms💜 Please review the following policies before booking your appointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before your appointment time without penalty. Changes made within 24 hours will result in a 50% service fee. Late Arrivals A 10 minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals later than 10 minutes may result in a shortened service or a 50% late fee. Payments Full payment is due at the end of your appointment. All services are non-refundable. Pricing & Services Prices and services are subject to change at any time. Client Responsibility Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions to ensure the best results and retention.
