To secure your appointment, we require a non-refundable deposit for every client in case of same-day cancellation or no-show. Also clients arriving 15 min or more late might need to be rescheduled. The deposit will be deducted from your final bill on the day of the appointment or some clients decide to leave it as a tip. However, if you reschedule your appointment 24h before using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking.
