Clients can reschedule appointments up until 48 hours before their booked time. Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment time will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a 100% cancellation fee. No shows require full payment for the missed appointment. Failure to pay will result in future appointments being cancelled. For insurance purposes and my own peace of mind, I will not infill another nail technicians work. If you arrive to your appointment with someone else’s work on your nails, the appointment will be cancelled and an 100% fee of the appointment will be applied due to the slot not being able to be filled at such short notice. Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure the full service can be carried out. If you are late, the appointment may have to be shortened, or cancelled with fees applicable.
