Politica e Termini

Clients of Exotic Nails may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Each nail set comes with Gel Polish and two accent nails on each hand. Deposits for appointments are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. Rescheduled appointments will have deposits automatically transferred. A $30 fine per service applies for last-minute cancellations or no-shows. Exotic Nails reserves the right to refuse service to any client for any reason. All clients must adhere to health and safety regulations while on the premises. Exotic Nails is not responsible for any accidental damages to personal items placed on the nail desk during service, e.g., cell phone. KIDS are Not allowed at the nail desk or beyond. By booking an appointment with Exotic Nails, clients agree to abide by these policies.
