We kindly request that you provide at least 24hr notice if you need to reschedule. To achieve the best results, all massages should be used within a timely manner, ideally within 8-12 weeks of surgery. All purchases of massage packages are final. Once payment has been made, it is non-refundable under any circumstances. If you are unable to use your package due to a medical condition or a change in your surgery date, please contact us directly to discuss possible options.
