Snacks & drinks are available, you’re welcome to help yourself 🍿🍬🥤 DEPOSITS & PAYMENT A 40% deposit is due upon booking. 40% goes toward your service. All payments are final. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking. Remaining Payment: you will pay remaining balance of service after appointment/ i accept cash, Apple Pay, Cashapp, Venmo, PayPal, Facebook pay, credit/debit card ($1 processing fee) BOOKING Not sure what to book? Send me a picture! Via dm or text message, l'll be sure to respond in a timely manner. Please arrive to your appointment with bare nails. (Unless you have booked a soak off) soak offs need to be factored in to appointment time, it can take up to 45 minutes. Your scheduled appointment may turn into a removal appointment only if you do arrive with nails, and you’ll have to reschedule for your nail enhancements. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING No call no shows WILL be charged the full deposit. And required the full payment of missed appointment before scheduling again. Appointments may be rescheduled online or through DM/ text with a 1 hour notice. Cancelled appointments must be made 1 hour in advance. The 40% deposit acts as a cancellation fee if you cannot reschedule. LATE POLICY I offer a 15 minute grace period. After, you may be subject to reschedule depending on service being provided. This is due to the time I’m cutting into for my appointments after you. I am located in 32nd St. in Joplin this may add 15 more minutes to your original estimated arrival time from old location. There will be snacks, and drinks available for your leisure. Don't worry! I am extremely understanding and will do my absolute best to make sure you're serviced if you're running behind.
