We provide distance and in person energy healing, from the comfort of your own home or in our treatment room in Tuffley, Gloucester.

Reiki is the Japanese word for ‘Universal Life Energy’ and an ancient Japanese healing technique that affects body, mind and spirit.
Reiki encourages healing, self-awareness, and improves wellbeing.

Blockages in your energy field can manifest into physical or emotional problems.
Reiki is an effective treatment for unblocking and balancing each chakra, restoring the flow of energy throughout your body.

 • The barrier of traveling to and from an appointment is removed, which let’s face it, can leave us feeling more stressed.

TREATMENTS; 
 * Reiki Mini - 30 minutes of healing. This will unblock and realign your chakras, re-establishing the natural flow of energy. 

 * Reiki Relax - 45 minutes of healing. This will bring you into a deeper state of relaxation leaving you feeling calm and well rested.

 * Reiki Reset - 1 hour of healing. Combining all of the above with deeper work on areas of concern. Leaving you feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and more in tune with your body, mind, and spirit.

Following your booking you will be emailed tips on preparing for your healing session, and self care afterwards.

I have always been drawn to holistic and spiritual therapies, and enjoy meditation, sound therapy and increasing my crystal collection.

I want you to feel safe and happy if you choose to work with me, having a call can alleviate any nerves, providing an opportunity for you to ask me questions.

No need to remove any clothing, reiki is performed over clothes. My hands hovering above or placed on your body, depending on your preference.

Price includes travel within a 10 mile radius of Tuffley, Gloucester. Additional travel will be charged at 33p per mile.

Reiki Mini- In person

This 45 minute treatment will focus on realigning your chakras, and will begin to focus on key areas using crystals to amplify the effects. You will be left feeling relaxed; mind, body, and spirit healthier and happier.

The benefits of reiki in your own home. I will arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment so I can set up the healing space. This includes a comfy treatment table, candles, music, and crystals.
We will have a brief consultation before the healing starts.

No need to remove any clothing, reiki is performed over clothes. My hands hovering above or placed on your body, depending on your preference.

Reiki Relax - In person

This 1 hour treatment will focus on realigning your chakras, with deeper healing, concentrating on any areas of concern. 

You will feel calmer, more relaxed and in balance. Leaving your mind, body, and spirit healthier and happier.

The benefits of reiki in your own home. I will arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment so I can set up the healing space. This includes a comfy treatment table, candles, music, and crystals.
We will have a brief consultation and then the healing will commence.
