Karen was absolutely brilliant. I had a bit of a scare abroad as my ear blocked up and I left her a voicemail on the day of my flight which was out of hours with my fingers crossed. I was made to feel very welcome.  The lady that provided my treatment was very kind and patient.  I was quite nervous as when I had my ears syringed at the GP I came away feeling dizzy and sick.  I had none of this on this treatment, even to the point that I went straight back to work.  I thoroughly recommend.  I will certainly be back if required again.

This is the second time I've had my ears done. I had no idea how bad they were. I couldn't hear out of my right ear very well for the past two weeks. I feel so much better. It makes such a difference having this done. Thank you!
