Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your future booking. 10min late= appointment cancelled 25% fee charged (10min late does not apply to any waxing treatment) Last min cancel: 50%cancelation fee charged No show: FULL PRICE of treatment charged All EFT Payments need to be done 24hours in advance/before your service with proof of payment sent . Failure to do so will result in your appointment potentially getting cancelled If you have to unfortunately cancel/reschedule, 24hr notice is advised so that I can fill the available spot up In time Thank you 😘 40% lashes must be on for you to have a 2 week fill anything less will be charged as a full set Please note there will be no refunds on treatments rendered Treatments paid for but cancelled will unfortunately not get refunded but kept as a balance for you to use at a later stage . Should anything go wrong with a treatment I.e premature fall out , lifting nails etc please let me know within 1 week to be able to have it fixed free . Anything over 1week will not be assisted ALL INCORRECT BOOKINGS THAT ARE NOT FIXED AHEAD OF TIME WILL BE BILLED ACCORDING TO WHAT HAS BEEN BOOKED AS IT COULD CAUSE A LOSS FOR THE BUSINESS This policy is to be read and agreed on before booking as it will be your confirmation/permission to us going ahead with any treatment.
