Initial consultation to understand your goals, lifestyle, training history and current physical condition. During this session we discuss your objectives, assess your starting point and outline the strategy needed to achieve your transformation. If appropriate, we may recommend a full performance assessment to analyse body composition and posture in more detail.

Includes: • Body fat and skinfold analysis • Body measurements • Postural assessment • Structural analysis for hypertrophy potential • Training strategy discussion You will receive a detailed report and the initial training strategy for your development.

Complete 12-week body transformation program 2 sessions per week. Includes: • Initial performance assessment • Personalised training program • Body composition tracking • Coaching and progress monitoring • Training adjustments and strategy updates • Direct coaching support Designed for clients committed to achieving significant improvements in strength, physique and body composition. Limited clients per intake.

Structured personal training program designed for consistent progress and body transformation. 2 sessions per week Ideal for clients who want consistency, accountability and steady improvement in strength and body composition. 3 sessions per week Recommended for faster results with higher training frequency and structured progression. Includes session planning, coaching and progression tracking. Limited availability to ensure high coaching quality.

Private 1:1 coaching focused on strength development, exercise technique and structured progression.
