The remainder is due at your appointment — cash preferred, and a $5 transaction fee applies to other payment methods. • Deposit is due within 24 hours of booking, or your appointment is automatically cancelled • Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations or no-shows — no exceptions • Running late? You’ve got a 10-minute grace period. After that, we’ll need to cancel and rebook with a new deposit • No-call-no-shows forfeit their deposit and are not eligible to rebook • Need to cancel?
