Clawed + Glossed

Bookings are subject to approval and are not confirmed until accepted by Clawed + Glossed. I require a 10% deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 5 hours before the appointment; cancellations made after this window are subject to the applicable deposit or fee policy. Deposits are non-refundable regardless of when the cancellation occurs. A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods may vary. Applicable platform fees may apply. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment. Clients should arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been made with the business. No refunds are issued once a service has been completed. Personal and booking information is collected solely to provide the service and is not shared with third parties except as required to process payments. Looking forward to seeing you.
