We require a card on file at the time of booking, and a cancellation fee of 100% of the appointment value may be charged for a late cancellation or no-show. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before the appointment; cancellations made after this window may be subject to an applicable fee. To ensure I can provide the best experience for all of my clients, I ask that cancellations and reschedules respect the cancellation window; this policy allows me to protect my time and provide the best care and attention all of my clients deserve, and I appreciate your understanding and respect for my schedule.
