There's no waiting room. ‼BEING LATE CAN AFFECT MY WHOLE DAY, SO PLEASE BE ON TIME! *After 10 minutes your service will be cancelled. This is considered a last minute cancellation. *There will be a 100% pre-pay of your next service in order to rebook. *I do not use outside my salon products! *Payment by cash or credit card (service fee applies). *If I haven't seen you within the last 6 weeks, you must select the "New Client Option". *There is a $25 deposit required to hold your appointment, no deposit, no appointment. No call no show = NO RUFUNDED DEPOSIT. *After 3 rescheduled appointments, I will block you from booking.

To avoid the last minute cancelation fee at %100, cancel or reschedule appointments 2-days in advance. %100 is the price of the service you've reserved and blocked off to other potential customers. All time frames are estimated and my be adjusted if needed.

What is a texture release? A texture release is a heat-activated straightening system that uses a combination of amino acids and glyoxylic acid to TEMPORARILY loosen curly and coily hair. Lasts 8-10 weeks. STYLE NOT INCLUDED
