Cancellations less than 6 hours notice will be charged 100% of the service value. (There’s an option to reschedule appointments online if you can’t make the original booking) All no shows will be charged 100% of the service value. These charges will be added on to the next booked appointment or will need to be settled before the next appointment. Failure to settle will prevent any future bookings. Please be here on time as it knocks subsequent bookings back all day. Shop policy allows to refuse to fulfil the service if 10mins late or more. In this instance, the above policy applies.
