I created HVN Nails to be more than just a place to get your nails done. I wanted to create a space where you can slow down, feel comfortable, and leave with nails that feel completely you.

I specialize in customized nail services using acrylic, hard gel, soft gel, and natural nail enhancements, with a love for everything from clean, timeless sets to detailed nail art.

My goal is simple: beautiful nails, quality work, and a one-on-one experience.

BOOKING & DEPOSITS
A deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your final service total. Appointments are not considered booked until the deposit has been received.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours will result in the loss of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.

NO-SHOWS
No-shows will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay an additional fee or prepay for future appointments. Repeated no-shows may result in the inability to book future services with HVN Nails.

LATE ARRIVALS
Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may require your service or nail art to be adjusted to fit the remaining appointment time. Arrivals 15+ minutes late may need to be rescheduled, and the deposit may be forfeited.

NAIL ART & INSPO PHOTOS
Please send inspiration photos before your appointment whenever possible so the appropriate nail art tier and appointment time can be determined. While I will always do my best to recreate your inspiration, each set is individually created and may not be an exact replica of another artist’s work.

SERVICE CHANGES
Please book the service and nail art tier you are expecting to receive. Major changes at the appointment may not be possible if additional time was not reserved. If you’re unsure what to book, please reach out before your appointment.

GEL CONSULTATIONS
Hard and soft gel services are customized to the individual client. We will discuss your natural nails, lifestyle, nail goals, and desired length at your appointment before deciding which product will best suit your needs.

REMOVALS
Please let me know when booking if you currently have product from another nail technician that needs to be removed. Additional removal time and fees may apply. I reserve the right to decline working over another technician’s product if I cannot verify its condition or safely perform the requested service.

HEALTH & SAFETY
For your safety and mine, services cannot be performed on nails or surrounding skin showing signs of infection, open wounds, or conditions that may make the service unsafe. If necessary, your appointment may be postponed until the area has healed or you’ve received appropriate medical clearance.

GUESTS & CHILDREN
To maintain a relaxing, private one-on-one experience, please come to your appointment alone unless a guest has been approved beforehand. Children should only accompany you if they are receiving a scheduled service or prior arrangements have been made.

PAYMENT
Payment of the remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment. Prices may vary based on the service, length, nail art tier, repairs, removals, or additional services requested.

SATISFACTION
Please speak up during your appointment! I want you to love your nails. You’re encouraged to let me know if you’d like an adjustment to the shape, length, color, or design while we’re working so I can make changes before your service is completed.

Safe removal of existing nail enhancements while protecting the natural nail. Includes gentle filing and cleanup of the natural nails.

Soak off

A classic natural nail service including nail shaping, detailed cuticle care, exfoliation around the nails, and a relaxing hand massage. Finished with your choice of regular polish or a natural buffed finish.

A clean, refreshing manicure focused on grooming and healthy-looking hands. This service includes detailed cuticle care, nail trimming and shaping, exfoliation to remove dry skin around the nails, and a relaxing hand massage. 

Men’s Manicure 

TIER 1 - ONE COLOR- INCLUDED
A clean, classic set featuring one solid color on all nails.
Includes your choice of one gel polish color.

Tier 1 Art

A little something extra without a full set of detailed nail art.
Includes designs such as:
• Cat eye
• Simple two- or three-color designs
• Simple nail art on 1–2 nails per hand
• Glitter or simple accent nails
• Other designs of similar detail

Tier 2 Art

For sets where the design is the star. Nail art is featured throughout the entire set and requires additional detail and time.
Includes designs such as:
• French tips
• Tortoise shell
• Aura or ombré designs
• Multiple colors/designs throughout the set
• Detailed nail art on most or all nails
• Mix-and-match designs
• More intricate hand-painted art

Tier 3 Art

For our most detailed and time-intensive sets.
Includes:
• 3D gel art
• Sculpted nail art
• Raised/textured designs
• Detailed charms or embellishments
• Intricate hand-painted artwork combined with 3D elements
• Other highly detailed or time-intensive designs

Tier 4 Art

A complete natural nail manicure finished with long-lasting gel polish. Includes nail shaping, detailed cuticle care, nail preparation, and your choice of one gel color.

Gel Manicure

Maintenance for your existing nail enhancements as they grow out. Includes reshaping, removal of lifted product, cuticle preparation, and rebalancing the existing enhancement with fresh product. Finished smooth and ready for your chosen color

A gel overlay adds strength and structure to your natural nails without adding length.

Soft gel is more flexible and moves with the natural nail, making it a great option for clients who need added strength while maintaining flexibility.

Hard gel provides more strength and structure and is better suited for clients who need additional durability or support.

A gel full set adds length, shape, strength, and structure to your natural nails using either hard or soft gel and tips.

Soft gel offers more flexibility and is ideal for clients who prefer a lighter, more natural-feeling enhancement.

Hard gel provides more strength and structure, making it a great option for clients who need additional durability or support.
