Policy and Terms

Appointment Policy Your appointment time is reserved just for you. As a small business, last-minute changes impact both our schedule and other clients waiting for openings. Please take a moment to review our policy before booking: Cancellations & Reschedules We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost. • After three consecutive rescheduled appointments, you may be removed from our booking list. No-Shows Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Multiple no-shows may result in a required deposit or limited booking privileges. Card on File A valid card is required to book all appointments. Your card will only be charged in accordance with this policy. Life Happens We completely understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can happen. Please reach out as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
