Please read carefully before booking. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Cancellation & No-Shows

48+ Hours Notice: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with no penalty.

24–48 Hours Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service cost.

Same-Day / No-Show: Same-day cancellations or failure to show up will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service cost.

Repeat Offenses: Clients who no-show twice will be required to prepay in full for any future bookings.

Note: Appointment reminders are sent automatically as a courtesy. Keeping track of your booking date and time remains your responsibility.

2. Payment & Deposits

Payment: A card is required to book your appointment. This is the card that will be charged in the event of a last-minute cancellation or no-show. 

Deposit: A $50 deposit is required to book. Clients who no-show twice will be required to pay a 100% deposit to book.

3. Health & Safety

Illness Policy: Please do not attend your appointment if you are feeling ill, have a contagious condition, or have been exposed to illness within 48 hours. To prevent policy abuse, a last-minute cancellation fee waiver for sudden illness is granted strictly once per client as a courtesy. Subsequent short-notice illness cancellations will be subject to our standard cancellation fees.

Nail Health: I reserve the right to refuse service on nails showing signs of fungal infection, open wounds, or any other conditions that may compromise your health or mine.

Naked Nails: Please arrive with clean hands and nails free of old product to ensure accurate timing, unless you have explicitly booked a removal/soak-off service. (You do not need to schedule a removal for regular lacquer polish!) If you need a removal, please book it alongside your appointment. If you don't, I may need to decline the service due to time constraints.

Allergies: Clients with known allergies to nail products or chemicals must inform me prior to the start of the appointment.

4. Refunds & Redo Policy

Refunds: We do not offer refunds on completed services. If you have concerns, please communicate them during your appointment so adjustments can be made in the moment.

Complimentary Fixes (Within 3 Days): If you experience issues caused by my technical work (such as lifting, chipping, or uneven application), please contact me within 48 hours. I will provide a complimentary fix within 3 days of your original appointment.

Exclusions: Complimentary fixes will not be honored if the damage is a result of picking, peeling, improper aftercare, or activities that put excessive stress on the nails.

Design Changes: Changing your mind on a color or nail art design after your service is completed is not covered under the redo policy and will be charged as a new service.
