Any cancellation within 48 hours or same day cancellation of your appointment or a no call/ no-show will result in a fee in the amount of 100% of your cancelled service. If you cancel the same day or no call/no show twice, you will no longer be able to book an appointment. All new clients booking chemical services or regular clients wanting to change their look, MUST book consultation (under Hair Chemistry) first. Consultation can not be booked with service on same day. CHEMICAL SERVICE/ HAIR EXTENSION/ PARTY SERVICES and/or ALL NEW CLIENTS will be required to pay upto 50% non-refundable deposit when booking service. You will receive a text message for the amount required based on service(s) booked. Please DO NOT BOOK if you have come in contact with someone who had tested positive for Covid-19 in the past 3 weeks. PRICE WILL DEPEND ON LENGTH, THICKNESS, AND/OR THE TYPE OF SERVICE REQUIRED. Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment a minimum of 48 hours before service using the link provided in confirmation email, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking.
