Here’s some information you need to know before booking your appointment 🤍

BOOKING FEE: A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your booking. This will be deducted from your total cost. A confirmation text and instructions to pay your booking fee will be sent via text message once you have completed your online booking. 

Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your future booking.

Please arrive to your appointment alone.

Cancellations: please message me at least 24 hours before your appointment if you cannot make it. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment start time will require a 100% service cancellation fee. If the cancellation fee is not paid, all future appointments will be cancelled/ blacklisted until paid. Please note: All services are non refundable.

Appointments: please arrive to your appointment on time or message me if you are running late. If you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and you will need to reschedule (Cancellation fee will apply)

I've been seeing Mia for over 2 years and her level of service is unmatched compared to other lash techs that I've been to in the past. She is so precise, clean, and focuses on the attention to detail every time I get a new set.  She is also the best person to have a yap and laugh with, it makes the experience that much more personal and keeps me coming back.
