Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided at least 48 hours before your scheduled time, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your future booking.
You are allowed to reschedule up to two times — any rescheduling beyond that will require a new deposit.

Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 48 hours in advance will be considered a last-minute cancellation and may result in a forfeited deposit.
Same-day cancellations will be charged the full price of the service(s).
No-call, no-shows will also be automatically charged the full amount of the service(s) booked.

The reason for this deposit policy is simple: It’s not fair to reserve my time and have a client not show up, and it’s also not fair to another client who may have wanted that spot but couldn’t book it because it was taken. Thank you for understanding and respecting my time as I respect yours.
