By booking an appointment with Orlando Nail & Brow Boutique, clients agree to our cancellation and rescheduling policy. Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. Orlando Nail & Brow Boutique reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date contact information. - Salons first priority customers who have made an appointment. Deposit required to secure your appointment. NOTE  encourage appointments 

- Walk-in's customer will be asked to seat and wait or allowed time for returning if an appointment will be available later or ask you to reschedule. Deposit required to secure your appointment

- Clients receiving services will be permitted only 2 people into salon (my salon very small )

-ONLY FOR WHO IS HAD FLU 😷 
Clients must wear a face mask at all times during the service 🦠 (if you have any symptoms of any flu or fever ), sneezing , coughting ,etc .We will provide a mask if you do not have one Or we kindly ask you to reschedule. !!! (Most of my customers they over 60+ year old they had asthma and heath problems if you can wear mask is will help me a lot )

- No mobile phone / electrical devices use will be permitted while receiving services. (We can’t painting nail if you keep moving )

- No snacks will be offered at this time.

- All clients will wash hands and following with hand sanitiser before the service. After the service, clients will sanitise their hands before leaving the salon.

Children under 16 years old should be accompanied by an adult at all times. We will not take any responsibility if any accident happens to your child/children during your treatment at our salon. (Parents need sign consent form)

I would highly recommend anyone going for eyelash extensions I’m so happy and the price was amazing.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Friendly atmosphere. Went here to get my nails fixed as they had become damaged from my previous nail place. My nails now look fabulous and the length saved. Time and care was taken to have my nails looking amasing, my cuticles are healthy again and I didn't feel rushed out at all as I have experienced in other places. After just one visit, I know this will be my go to place!

My mum and I were in today and had the Japanese head massage it was absolutely amazing the girl who did it was lovely made you feel very comfortable and relaxed we got sat in the massage chair while we waited on each other it also was amazing the staff were lovely we will definitely be back again

I had the luxury pedicure and acrylic nails done and had I a fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and relaxed. The salon was spotless and clean. Vicky who did my nails, was incredibly skilled and meticulous. My nails look amazing, and the color is perfect! Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful and the prices were great.
