✦ DEPÓSITOS Y CANCELACIONES

1. Depósito (nuevas clientas de pestañas)
Para reservar es necesario realizar un depósito de $25.
Este depósito es no reembolsable ni transferible bajo ninguna circunstancia.

2. Cancelaciones
De cancelar su cita  con menos de 24 horas de anticipación, se aplicará un cargo de $25 para poder reagendar.
Para servicios de cejas, el cargo será de $20.

3. No Show (ausencia sin aviso)
No presentarse sin notificar conlleva un cargo del 50% del total del servicio reservado para poder agendar nuevamente.
De no emitir el pago, no se le volverá a conceder cita. (Servicios de cejas $25)

4. Tardanzas
Si sabes que llegarás tarde, por favor notifícalo con anticipación y especifica cuántos minutos.
Dependiendo del caso, podré esperar o será necesario reprogramar tu cita.
Se aplicará un fee de tardanza de $10.

✦ RETOQUES DE PESTAÑAS

1.  Las extensiones deben estar completamente limpias y cuidadas. De no estarlo, serán removidas y la cita será cancelada.
Fee de remoción: $25

2. Los retoques deben realizarse cada 2 a 3 semanas.
Si asistes después de la tercera semana, puede ser más de $80 o considerarse un set nuevo, todo dependerá del estado de tus extensiones.

1. Para que el servicio sea considerado retoque, debes tener al menos un 40% a 50% de las extensiones aún adheridas. De no ser así, aplicará como full set.
