Courtney Ryan, LMT, has been practicing massage therapy for over 12 years, specializing in deep tissue therapeutic massage. She focuses on personalized care, tailoring each session to meet her clients' unique needs. In a warm, inviting atmosphere, Courtney prioritizes well-being and healing, helping clients relieve tension, reduce pain, and restore balance with compassion and expertise.

I understand that unanticipated events can happen but my desire is to be effective and fair to all of my clients and out of consideration for my time as well I have implemented the following policies.
 -24 hour notice is required when cancelling an appointment. There is a $25 charge. This gives me opportunity to fill that slot with another appointment.
-No shows: If you no-show for your appointment you will be responsible for the full amount of that missed appointment. You will not be able to re book until that missed appointment has been paid. 
-Arriving late:  I space my schedule out specifically so each client receives the proper amount of treatment time. I also have to consider my clients scheduled after you. If you are 15 minutes late we will have to cut the session time and if you are more than 15 minutes late we will need to reschedule your appointment. Your time and my time is valuable.
Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking.
