Please refrain from shaving between 2-3 weeks for best results. Keep in mind if you have not waited a minimum of 14 days you may be turned away.

Exfoliate 24 hours prior to your wax or sugar appointment and moisturize generously twice a day.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. My priority is having a smooth sailing ship and allotting each of you the time and comfort you deserve. 

First time clients are not granted a grace period, as every second counts. I highly advise arriving 5-10 minutes early to your first appointment, to find the building, and use the restroom.

 Returning clients will be granted a 7 minute grace period. 

 Please reach out if you think you will be later than the grace period, your appointment may be held in the instance a client isn't scheduled immediately after, or your appointment may be moved to the next available time slot free of charge (same day only) 

If you decide to cancel or reschedule please do so 8 hours prior to your appointment time.

I will not be providing Brazilians or any other intimate services for anyone under the age of 18, first time clients may be required to provide photo identification for age and identity verification.

Clients are required to wear a tampon during menstration, if you do not have one, one may be provided for you, please arrive early to have time to properly insert in the restroom. 

Please fill out the consent form at the time of booking, if your consent form isnt complete at the time of your appointment your appointment may be cancelled.

All sales are final. If you find you are unhappy with a service, reach out to me within 48 hours of your appointment and you can schedule a touchup free of charge.
