✅  A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all services. Deposits may be transferred within the same week, subject to availability. 

⏱️ Clients must be ready at the scheduled pickup time. A service-specific grace period applies; late arrivals are subject to a $0.50 per-minute fee. After  grace period service will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited. 

‼️ Remaining balances and any applicable fees are due upon driver’s arrival.

❌ No-shows and late cancellations result in loss of deposit. After three late arrivals or no-shows, future bookings will be restricted. 

💰 Accepted payments include the booking site, Cash App, Zelle, and Apple Pay. 

😷 Masks may be required if unwell.
