What the Fluff

What the Fluff (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides services subject to the following terms. Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will incur a $40 fee, which must be paid before booking any future appointments. We reserve the right to modify or terminate services at any time without prior notice. While we strive to provide quality service, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. By booking an appointment, clients agree to comply with these terms. All personal information is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the client and What the Fluff regarding appointment cancellations and rescheduling.

I brought both of my girls to see Ciylee. I want to start by saying when I walked in to pick them up, they were extremely calm and perfectly content being there! My older dog had a case of the border collie anxieties, and she seemed happy to be there which can be unlike her. Ciylee did amazing work and followed exactly what I asked for. They look (& smell) beautiful. This was the best experience I’ve ever had with a groomer and grateful that I can confidently leave my dogs here in safe hands!
