Wax Lash Love

Wax Lash Love requires a non-refundable deposit applied toward the total cost of the service. Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty and may transfer their deposit one time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will forfeit the deposit. No-shows or cancellations at the time of the appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the service total, plus an additional deposit to re-book. Deposits are non-transferable beyond the one-time allowance. By booking, clients agree to these terms. Wax Lash Love reserves the right to amend policies as necessary to ensure service quality and client satisfaction. All fees and deposits must be cleared before future appointments.
