At Vybz Holistic Spa, we are committed to providing you with a relaxing and rejuvenating spa experience. To ensure the best possible experience for all of our guests, please familiarize yourself with our spa policies:

Arrival & Tardiness: To maximize your spa experience, kindly arrive 15 minutes early. If you're running late, please understand that your treatment may be shortened to prevent delays for others.

Cancellation & No Shows: We appreciate 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows: -1st Time no show its on us. No worries we all get a little busy and forget. -No 2nd chance, bye bye! You will not be able to schedule again.

Prices & Payment: Our current prices are available on our booking site. Payment is due at the time of service. When booking with Vybz Holistic Spa a $25.00 non-refundable deposit is due before confirmation of any service. We accept Cash, Cash App, Zelle, and Apple Pay. 

Returns/Exchanges: While we don't offer refunds for services, please voice any concerns before leaving, and we'll do our utmost to address them. If you are unsure about a product, please ask for a sample or tester before purchasing.

It was my first time getting a facial. It was a different experience in a good way. My skin looks moisturized, clean, and exfoliated. I will return.

Wonderful experience. I got the v-steam and vajacial. Latrice made the experience very comfortable and I noticed a difference immediately after my vajacial. I’ll definitely be returning!

Latrice was friendly and warm as always. Making sure that I was comfortable throughout the process from wax temperature to my position, I had a Brazilian wax done.  Her space is relaxing, with a calm & welcoming vibe.
