Vivi was absolutely amazing from her greeting at the door to end of appointment.  This was my first appointment with her as well as first lash application, so I was a bit nervous. She made me feel comfortable right away, explained what to expect and expressed understanding. Her studio spotless.  Once on the table, she began the process. Explained prep steps, then there was quiet as she continued the process. Prebiotically check on my comfort.   Very pleased, will see her again. 

I got my brows and lip waxed and love them!

This was my first experience with lash extensions and eyebrow tinting/lamination. ViVi is a truly amazing person, she was kind and considerate of my needs. She answered my million and one questions as a first timer. Her Lash studio is in her home, which I think is Awesome! It's clean, comfortable and private (which I appreciate). ViVi did an amazing job, she is very detailed and takes her time to make sure you are happy with your new low maintenance glam. Recommend!! I will be back. 

I finally decided to try eyelash extensions and let me just say – I'm hooked! From the moment I walked into her salon, the experience was top-notch. Vivi was professional yet friendly and took time to explain the different types of lashes, ensuring I chose the perfect set for my desired look – voluminous yet natural.
The application process took about 2 hours, and while it felt relaxing, I was also impressed with how precise and meticulous she was. Thanks Vivi!
