Session Retainer & Cancellation Policy

By booking a Portrait Session with Vis a' Vis Photography Studio, client agrees to pay a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE session retainer to secure their session date. This retainer also serves as a cancellation fee if the session is cancelled  outside of the 7-day cancellation window. The 50% retainer is non-refundable, but may be credited towards a future session, subject to photographer approval.

Cancellation Policy:

If the session is cancelled after the 7 day modification window OR the client is a NO SHOW or more then 30 minutes late for their scheduled appointment, the session will be cancelled and the remaining balance of the session will be automatically charged to the client's card on file.


Payment of Remaining Balance:

The remaining balance for your session is due at the time of the session NO EXCEPTIONS.
