A valid card must be kept on file when booking. This card will be charged in the event of a same-day cancellation or no-show, resulting in a 100% service fee, unless the appointment is canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.

Please understand that last-minute cancellations and missed appointments directly affect my schedule and income. This is my career and how I provide for my family, so policies are strictly enforced. 💅🏽✨
