Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time.

Late cancellation or no show will result in being charged the full price of the service you required. 

A 10 minute grace period is given at the start of your appointment. If you arrive any later this will reduce your time slot and potentially not meet the expectations of the service you require. 

Please ensure you select the right nail art if required to allow extra time in your appointment. If you are not sure what to select, please message me directly. 

Methods of payment-
Cash is preferred although tap and pay or bank transfer is available.
