To ensure a calm and focused environment, I kindly ask clients to attend their appointments alone.

Booking Deposit:
A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required to secure your appointment (some services require more). Your spot will not be reserved until the deposit is received, and this amount will be applied to your final total.

Foreign Fills: 
I do not offer foreign fills. If you currently have nails done elsewhere, a soak-off will be required prior to your appointment, or I can do one for an additional fee. I will need to know prior to your appointment if you choose to do a soak off with me. 

Fill Appointments: 
Fills are considered every 2-3 weeks. Appointments scheduled beyond 3 weeks will be charged as a full set, and in some cases, a soak-off may be necessary, which will incur an additional charge.

Maintenance: 
To ensure optimal retention and nail health, I recommend a soak-off after 4 fills.

Inspiration Requests: 
If you have a specific design in mind, please provide an inspiration photo at least one week before your appointment. This will allow time to source any necessary nail art or gel colors that I may not have. 

Cancellation Policy:
Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule to avoid forfeiting your deposit. Deposits will be retained as a cancellation fee for same-day cancellations. Anything canceled or rescheduled after the 24hr mark will not be transferred and is considered last minute.
