PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING

• Online Booking Only: All appointments must be booked through the designated booking site with a paid deposit. The deposit is non-refundable but will be applied toward your service.
• No Advance Appointments by Phone or Text: Appointments will only be booked through the booking site unless it is a same-day appointment and we have availability.
• Same-Day Appointment Fee: A $40 fee will apply to all same-day appointments. This fee must be paid upon confirmation of availability and is non-refundable.
• No Guests Policy: Only clients receiving services are allowed in the appointment space.
• Book All Services in Advance: Please ensure you book all desired services when scheduling your appointment to allow sufficient time. Last-minute or same-day add-ons will not be accommodated.
• Set Maintenance: After your 4th fill, a soak-off and new full set will be recommended to maintain the health and quality of your natural nails.
• Waxing Services: Waxing is recommended every 4 weeks, and hair must be the length of a grain of rice for optimal results. Please be sure not to exfoliate 24 hours before or after any waxing service.
• Facial Services: Facials are recommended every 2 to 3 weeks. To maintain healthy and glowing skin, please follow a consistent at-home skincare routine.
• Picture for Inspiration: Please include a picture for inspiration, if applicable, when booking your appointment.
• Before and After Media: A before and after picture and/or video will be taken for every nail set, pedicure, facial, or wax service performed. If you’re not comfortable with pictures being taken, please specify it in the notes when booking your appointment.
• No Phones During the Design or Polishing Process: To ensure that there is no lint, dust, smudges, etc., in the polish or design, please refrain from touching your phone, hair, face, etc. Make sure your hands are flat and all the way in the UV lamp to ensure that everything dries completely.
• Payment Options: Deposits will be processed online through the booking site. All remaining balances are due at the time of service and may be paid via Cash App, Chime, Venmo, Apple Pay, or cash.
• Nail Repair Policy: You will have 48 hours after your appointment to receive a complimentary nail repair. After 48 hours (excluding Sunday), repairs will start at $10.
• Grace Period: A 15-minute grace period will be allowed for late arrivals. After 15 minutes, the appointment will be canceled, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
• Communication Policy: All communication must be via Instagram (@riri_tha_beauty_therapist), Facebook (RiRi Tha Beauty Therapist), or by texting (314) 610-5796. All business/service inquiries must be made through these outlets, or we will not receive the notifications.
