Appointment Reservation & Payment
A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED. 
Deposits varies by service.
Deposits will go towards balance.

You must have a working email/ or phone, Appointment confirmation & address will be sent there.
Price is subject to change with ALL SERVICES!

Remaining balance can be paid with Cash, Apple Pay, or Credit Card Link. 

A CONSULTATION WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ALL NEW CLIENTS, RETURNING CLIENTS WHO HAVE NOT BEEN SEEN BY ME IN 6+ MONTHS & LOC REPAIRS.

NEW CLIENTS ARE NOT TO SCHEDULE LOC MAINTENANCE APPOINTMENTS
WITHOUT FIRST BEING SEEN AT CONSULTATION.

SQUEEZE IN/OFF DAY HOURS
I do offer Same Day  service & day off services for an additional fee. This will be added to your deposit. Squeeze in $25.

Late Policy
Please contact me before your appointment time if you're going to be late.  10 min. Grace period .

If you're late & I'm unable to service you, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELED. You're remaining balance will be billed & another deposit will be required to schedule in the future. Previous deposit is VOID!
Rescheduling, Cancellations & No Shows
To reschedule/cancel an appointment please refer back to your first confirmation email /or Text .
Deposits are not transferable. 
You will have to pay another deposit.
Please refrain from rescheduling/canceling appointments LESS THAN 24HRS in advance. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours deposit will not transfer to future appointment & you will have to pay another deposit.
If you are a No Call No Show you will be billed the remaining balance & another deposit will be required to schedule future appointments. 
Previous deposit is VOID!

NO EXTRA GUEST OR CHILDREN ARE ALLOWED. 

An appointment for a child may be accompanied by ONE ADULT.

By scheduling an appointment with TLC Locs and More, you agree to pay a non-refundable booking fee. This fee will be applied towards your service fee upon arrival. Clients must arrive on time for their appointment, as any delays exceeding 10 minutes will result in rescheduling. We kindly ask that no extra guests accompany you to your appointment.
