Lovely Nails by Symone 

• Clients should cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. 

• $20 non-refundable deposit, is required when booking & will go towards the total at the end of your service(s). 2 reschedules only.
 
• No outside food/drinks — waters and snacks are always available for you. 

• No small Children or extra guests without permission. 

• I do NOT accept same day appointments. 

• No call/ No shows, will result in being banned from future bookings. Please communicate in advance 

• Exact address will be sent via text, once booking is finalized and confirmed. 

• Please try and be prompt and on time - 
There will be an $5 extra charge after 10mins, with a 15min grace period before appointment is canceled. 

Symone is a very kind person, I enjoy my time with her. I did gel polish and it was very quick, 30 minutes, and very nice job.

From the beautifully displayed drinks & snacks to the personalized chalkboard greeting, every detail made me feel so special. She even had a lovely candle burning and relaxing music playing, setting the perfect mood. Symone’s attention to detail with my nails & cuticles was incredible, the care she puts into her work truly shows. She’s my official go to!
