**Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy at Styles by H.E.R.**

At Styles by H.E.R., we understand that emergencies can arise, making it difficult to notify us about canceling or rescheduling your appointment. To accommodate our valued clients, we offer one opportunity per year to reschedule or miss an appointment without incurring a service charge.

**Policy Details:**
- Your first missed appointment or late cancellation will incur a fee of 30% of the total service charge.
- For any subsequent missed appointments, late cancellations, or no-shows, a fee of 50% of the service charge will apply.

We recognize that unforeseen circumstances can occur. If an event is confirmed, the cancellation fee will be charged immediately. However, on your next visit, a portion or the entirety of the cancellation fee will be deducted from your service charge.
