• Deposit:

Deposits are non-refundable, but clients have the option to cancel their appointments or have their deposits applied to future rescheduled appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. I understand that life can get in the way, but please try to inform me at least 24 hours in advance. If you fail to do so twice, you will be blocked from booking appointments in the future.

I kindly ask that payments be completed before clients leave. It just helps me keep everything organized and running smoothly. 


• Late Fee:

If you arrive 30 minutes late and don’t inform me, a $25 late fee will be added to your service. If you’re an hour late and don’t reach out, your appointment will be canceled. 

• Not Happy with Style

Before you leave my salon, please inspect your braids carefully. If you're not satisfied with the style, please let me know so we can make adjustments. Once you leave, I'm no longer responsible for any issues that may arise. However, if you need any touch-ups or have concerns after leaving, I'm more than happy to work with you to address them. Feel free to reach out, and I'll do my best to help.

•  Hair Provision

You must have at least 4 inches of hair to book with me. I’ll provide hair for all services, so you don’t need to bring anything to your appointment.

•  Pre-Appointment Preparation-

- Please arrive with your hair washed and blown out. This helps us achieve the best results for your braiding service.

• One Person to your appointment 

- One person over 17 years old is permitted to accompany the child client to the appointment. Please refrain from bringing additional individuals, as I am home-based and it is very distracting to have a lot of people while I am working. If you do so, you will be informed to leave. 

•  Children's Policy

- Children ages 4 and up are welcomed

- To ensure a positive experience for everyone, I kindly ask that child clients are able to sit still and cooperate during their service. I understand that kids can be a bit wiggly, so I give them a few chances to settle down. However, if they're unable to do so, i will be forced to stop the service for everyone's comfort.

Kenya is very clean, very professional, and does fast, neat work. Almost too fast I don’t be ready to go Lol! 😆 She gives us exactly what we want and also provides education and product recommendations to help with our hair care and growth. Always a pleasure to sit in her chair!

Kenya always provides a clean, comfortable and professional environment.  She's very intentional about the integrity of your hair and scalp during the braiding process, taking great pride in her work. 

Kenya is amazing! She is patient and kind. She cares about the health and growth of her clients hair. She is the only one that can do my daughter’s hair. My daughter is tender headed and usually cries just doing her hair normally. She has done her hair 3 times now. We love her!!   

I'm absolutely blown away by the incredible work my braider did on my small knotless braids! The professionalism, attention to detail, and care she brought to the entire process were truly exceptional. The braids themselves are stunning - so neat, intricate, and beautifully done. My braider was friendly, communicative, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session. I couldn't be happier with the results and would highly recommend Kenya 🥰
